this is the comic that the dark knight rises was based off of. Its somewhat like the movie. I think its
strange how a character from the comics are adapted to the screen. Bane who was created by chuck Dixon and Doug Moench originally was maid strong by a venom that was pumped into his bloodstream. their wore Hugh tubes that ran from the back of his head to his belt that would pump the venom. However in the movie he had a mask that helped him breath and gave him a voice that no one could understand but sounded scary. scary because we couldn't understand him. Its up to the viewer you like the representation of the movies character or not. I personally didn't because Idon't understand how he eats food if the mask covers his face. and if he cant eat food how is he that big. As to the why they changed bane so much for the movie I understand. Every movie is a risk and should be different according to the directors vision of what the movie should be. I guess they wanted to be different and couldn't didn't like the tubes, but I feel like what we got was not any better.
